World Scope is a good card offered by ACI. It offers the best domestic rate on our website (2.3 cents/min). It also offers the best rates for Hawaii and Alaska. Please pay attention to the following information about this card:

1. You need to use the local access number to gain the best rate on this card. The phone card issuing company need to pay for every minutes that go through their 800 access numbers. By setting up the local access numbers, this cost is eliminated so that a better rate can be offered. The rate will be 2 cents/min higher if you use 800 access numbers.

2. For all local access numbers, voice prompt is available in either English, Russian, or Chinese. For customers who have trouble understanding the language of their local access number(s), you can following the calling instruction we send you and ignore the voice prompt in another language.

3. If you want to order this card to enjoy the better rates offered by local access numbers, please check the following:

   • Whether there is a local access number for your region, please check this local access number list;

   • If you are not sure whether the local access number is a free local phone call for you, please check it with your local phone company;

4. To find out the current balance of your card if you use local access numbers in a language you don't understand, please follow the following procedure:

   • Make a domestic phone call using the 800 access numbers, cut the call before it get connected, record the minutes reported;

   • Multiply this minute by 4.3 cents/min, you will get the current balance in your card. Divide the balance by 2.3 cents/min, you get the minutes left in the card for domestic calls.

Sometimes pressing the "#" key (the key below "9" on your keypad) after you enter the destination number will help the connection a lot.

If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality, or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss money on the card. Please contact their customer service. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade, systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region you call. You can also contact us and we will contact them on your behalf.
