UTA is a good phone card for many countries, esp. India, China, etc. Not like many other phone cards to China, it's rarely busy!

Generally speaking, UTA is a clean card with pretty accurate billing. There has been several rate updates on this phone card, so please pay attention to the connection fee listed for this phone card (the system deducts 2 minutes for the first minute, so we consider it as a 1 minute connection fee). Most customers use it to call India as well as many other countries. Please pay attention to the following:

1. Please don't hold the phone too long if it's not connected. Phone card companies usually have the policy to add the balance back to your card if a bad connection is no longer than 30 seconds. Please hang up if your phone call is not connected in 30 seconds, otherwise, it's really hard to get the phone card issuing company to issue you a credit.

2. If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality, or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss money on the card. Please contact their customer service at 800 691-8438. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade, systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region you call. You need to contact them within 48 hours after the problem. The customer service for this phone card can't credit anything back for you if the calls are beyong 48 hours.

Cell phone rates on this phone card may be much higher (phone card issuing companies never reveal cell phone rates information to their retailers).
