Reviews on Quality Plus Phone Card
Store Review:
Quality Plus is a very good card with pretty accurate billing.
Most customers use it to call Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iran as well
as many other countries.
This phone card works well for many countries with high rates (if
you use the card for long phone calls) because of the following
reasons.
The card is produced by ACT, and the network service is provided
by SmarTalk, the prepaid division of AT&T. Certain fees on this
phone card include the following:
- Connection fee: 50 cents since the second call. It doesn't apply
to your first call.
- Long call surcharge: 20 cents for calls longer than 15 mins.
There are several things about this card that you need to know
as the following:

In rare cases, your phone call got connected, but the other
end couldn't hear you or it's quickly disconnected. In such
cases, three minute will be deducted from your card. If you
call their customer service 800 394-4868, they usually add it
back right away. Then you can give it a try at a different time.

Please don't hold the phone too long if it's not connected.
Phone card companies usually have the policy to add the balance
back to your card if a bad connection is no longer than 30 seconds.
Please hang up if your phone call is not connected in 30 seconds,
otherwise, it may be harder to get the phone card issuing company
to issue you a credit.

If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality,
or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss
money on the card. Please contact their customer service at
800 394-4868. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade,
systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region
you call.
