Millennium is one of the best phone card for its destination countries, including US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, etc. as well as many other European and Asian countries. It may not offer the best rates for those countries, but if you are the kind of person who want minimal trouble with your cards, this card is a good choice.

It's one minute rounded, no connection fee, 75 cents one-time maintenance fee, with very accurate billing, easy connection, and no hidden charges.

If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality, or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss money on the card. Please contact their customer service. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade, systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region you call.

Cell phone rates on this phone card is usually much higher (phone card issuing companies never reveal cell phone rates information to their retailers).
