Hello China offers pretty good connection and voice quality by using the network provided by SmarTalk AT&T, a brand that you can always trust. It is a clean phone card with 2 mins rounding, no connection fee (except US) and 25 cents/week maintenance fee. Please only use it for long domestic calls because the connection fee is 49 cents. It offers great rates to many countries around the world.

Cell phone rates on this phone card could be much higher (phone card issuing companies never reveal cell phone rates information to their retailers).
