Express Connection uses the same network provider as World Connection, our best seller last year with very reliable service. We do receive reports from several customers about busy line during peak hours. But overrall, it's a pretty good card with competitive rates for China, Taiwan, many European countries, etc.

You need to use the local access number to gain the best rate on this card. The phone card issuing company need to pay for every minutes that go through their 800 access numbers. By setting up the local access numbers, this cost is eliminated so that a better rate can be offered. The rate will be 1.4 cents/min higher if you use 800 access numbers. Local access numbers are only available in most regions of California.

The minutes announced at the beginning of each phone call is always based on the rate with local access numbers, even if you use 800 access numbers. So if you use 800 number, you may hear a much higher amount of total minutes, but the total minutes you received should be correct based the rate with 800 access numbers.

This phone card was targeted toward Asian customers, esp. China, Taiwan, etc. But it really offers great rates for several European countries with pretty good service, because the line is mostly open for European countries due to time zone differences between Asia and Europe.

It's 2 mins rounded with a maintenance fee of 49 cents every 2 weeks. Both parameters range in the middle.

If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality, or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss money on the card. Please contact their customer service at 866 390-0535. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade, systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region you call.

Cell phone rates on this phone card is usually much higher (phone card issuing companies never reveal cell phone rates information to their retailers).
