Store Review: Dial World is one of the best phone card for its destination countries, including US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, etc. Although it may not offer the best rates for those countries, but if you are the kind of person who want minimal trouble with your cards, this card is a good choice. Dial World has been partially affected by the WTC attack on 9/11. It's access number may not work from some areas near New York area. If this happens to you, please contact us and we can exchange another card for you if your card has full balance in it. It's one minute rounded, with very accurate billing, easy connection, and no hidden charges. If any problem happens, such as bad connection, bad voice quality, or constant busy signal, please don't keep trying it and loss money on the card. Please contact their customer service at 800 226-1037. These problems are mostly due to system upgrade, systematic problems, or very specific problem for the region you call. Cell phone rates on this phone card is usually much higher (phone card issuing companies never reveal cell phone rates information to their retailers).
