The Access Europe and Diamond phone cards have a PIN-Free Dialing function, which enables our customers to use a phone card without entering the PIN number every time.

After the PIN-Free Dialing function is activated, the Phone Switch compares the origination phone number (i.e. the phone number from which the call is made) with phone numbers pre-stored in the Switch. If a match is found, it will automatically retrieve the PIN number linked to the origination phone number and direct the caller to enter the destination number.

The illustrations below show the interaction between a caller and the Phone Switch.

    Caller:Dial an access number.
    Switch Voice Prompt: Please enter your destination number.
    Caller: Enter a destination number, then press #.

    The Switch then connects the call.

    Caller: Dial an access number.
    Switch Voice Prompt: Please enter your PIN number.
    Caller: Enter the PIN number.
    Switch Voice Prompt: Please enter your destination number.
    Caller: Enter a destination number, then press #.

    The Switch then connects the call.

There are some limitations to the PIN-Free Dialing function.

1. One phone number can be linked with ONLY one PIN number. However, one PIN number can be linked with up to five origination phone numbers.

2. The PIN-Free Dialing function will not work if
  a. the origination phone number has caller ID block;
  b. the origination phone number is part of an office phone system and the caller ID shows the office's main number rather than the origination phone number.

In these situations, the Phone Switch will ask the caller to enter the PIN.

To activate the PIN-Free Dialing function:
    Login to MyAccount.
    Click on the "Add Phone Number" link on the Rechargeable Phone Card Management menu.
    Enter up to five phone numbers from which you will make calls from.
    Click on the "Add Phone Number" button.

The PIN-Free dialing function will be activated instantly.

You may change or remove the phone numbers linked with your PIN anytime through MyAccount.
