Order Process Description

Currently we only offer email delivery. You won't receive any regular mail from us. The whole process is automatic without human intervention.

1. Order Process for New Customers

Read the FAQ;
Find the card, initiate the order;
Fill out credit card, address, and phone number information;
Submit the order and confirmation;

If you haven't placed any order at Just Phone Cards before, please read the "FAQ before you place the order" carefully. It may tell you some information you want to know.

Find the card, initiate the order.

As a new customer, most likely you will do a search for phone cards to the country you want to call. You will get to the country page (example: India country page). There is a list of phone cards ordered by rates. For each phone card, detailed information such as connection fee, rounding, maintenance fee, ratings, etc. is also listed. You can initiate the order process by clicking on the red "Order" button. If you want to get more details about the card, you can click on the small graphics and get to the card page (example: Access Europe card page). You can also place the order there by clicking on the red "Order" button.

In the following form, please double check to make sure that you chose the right brand and number of phone cards. If you receive a coupon from a friend, you can enter it in the coupon field (you can find more information about the coupon program here). Please make sure you enter the correct email address. The password field is not required, and you can leave it blank no matter whether you have registered with us or not.

For Online Order

Your PIN number(s) will be delivered to your email address right after your credit card is authorized. It usually takes less than 1 minute.

After you click the "Online Order" button on the form above, you will get another form (as shown below) for you to fill our the credit card number, address, and phone information. Please make sure to enter the phone numbers and the best time we can reach you. If you place the order during the day, we usually can call you pretty soon. If you place the order after 7PM PST, we will call you the next day since 10AM PST.

To prevent Internet Credit Fraud, we now require phone confirmation for the first order of all new customers. Afterwards, orders will be processed automatically without delay, usually in a few seconds.

Our Customer Care Associates will call you to confirm your order at a time convenient to you. Once your order is successfully confirmed, the PIN(s) of the phone card(s) will be delivered to you immediately via email or over the phone. Your future order will be processed online without any delay. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

2. Order Process for Existing Customers

If have ordered phone card(s) from us before using the same email address, we don't need to call you to confirm the order and you should receive the order right away. The order process is a little different comparing to the one described above.

When you enter the credit card number and address information, you will not be asked to enter phone numbers and time slot for us to call you.

After you submit the order, you will receive an invoice on your computer screen similar to the one listed below.
