1. I forgot to provide a phone number when I submit the order (for new customers).

We do need to call you to confirm your first order. If you forgot to provide a valid phone number to us, your phone cards won't be delivered. Please contact us by email and inform us the phone number and the best time for us to reach you. We will contact you by phone within a day, usually much sooner.

2. Things I need to know about customer service. Who should I contact?

Many customers got confused a lot by the customer service on prepaid phone cards. If you order phone cards from Just Phone Cards dot com, please read the following guidelines.

Just Phone Cards is a retail company specialied on prepaid phone cards. However, we don't produce phone cards, nor do we have any control over the physical system. The customer service for prepaid phone cards is usually provided by the phone card issuing company.

If your question is order related or PIN related, such as:

  • Order didn't go through;
  • Didn't receive the PIN number;
  • PIN number is invalid; et al.

Please contact us to get it resolved.

If your question is phone card quality related, such as:

  • Bad voice quality;
  • Bad connection;
  • Missing minutes; et al.

Please contact the phone card issuing company directly to get it resolved. You can find their customer service number from our website (in webpage for each phone card) or the calling instruction email we sent to you.

Some phone card issuing companies provide pretty good customer service, while some others are not that satisfactory. You can always contact us if your issue can't be resolved in a timely fashion with the phone card issuing company. Please keep in mind that we don't know what happened to your phone card. So please provide as much information as possible to us when you submit such a request. We will try our best to get it resolved for you and may cover your loss by our own expense if necessary.

3. I noticed multiple records on my online credit card report. Did I get charged?

For every attempted order, there are three possibilities: a) passed our system and was approved; b) passed our system but was declined; c) didn't pass our system at all.

For situation c), there will be no record in our system as well as your bank.

For situation b), there will be a record in the system, and probably also in your credit card issuing bank. Probably that's why you think your credit card has been charged. But we always make sure that only valid transactions be charged. All invalid transactions will be voided. So you won't see the record on your credit card bill if it's not a successful transaction. The record will go away in a couple of days if it appears on your online bank record.

For situation a), if you are an existing customer but haven't received your PIN number, please do contact us. You can get more details here: "What to do if you didn't get your PIN number in 10 mins?". If you are a new customer, please wait for our phone call to confirm your order. If the order is not delivered due to various reasons, the credit card charge will also be voided.

4. I ordered a wrong card, can I exchange it?

If you found that you ordered a wrong card, please don't use it. It will be hard for us to exchange your card if you have started to use it. Please contact us by email with your order number, PIN number, and the phone card you intended to order. We will send the exchange PIN number to you within a day, usually much sooner..

5. I misplaced or lost my PIN. Can I get it resent to me?

Yes, we keep record for all the orders within the last 6 months. Please contact us by email with your order number, the email you used to place the order, the date that you placed the order, or any information that may help us to identify your order. We will send it to you within a day, usually much sooner.

6. What shall I do if I want to refer some friends? Can I get some benefit?

If you have satisfactory experience with our phone cards, you probably want to tell your friends about it. Why not get some benefit at the same time? Please check out our coupon program. If you want to get your own coupon code to send to your friends, please contact us by email with the email you used to place orders with us. We will send the coupon code to you within a day, usually much sooner.
